18 & she is still getting cs

My sister is 18 and is living with me she is still in school yet our mother is still recieving CS benefits for her, The cs worker will not talk to either my sister or myself because we are emancipated, and she will not return calls to our father. My sister does not want out mother to recieve anything from school but yet she is because they need legal documantation saying that she is not to recieve any information anymore. I live 3 hours from her and don't know what my options are... can anyone help?

It also appears that per MN Statute 518A.26, as long as she is still legally a child deserving of child support until age 20 as long as she is in secondary school. Your sister may have to jump through some hoops to get child support ended and will likely have to speak to her school Administration about becoming responsible for her own records.
