Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 18, caught shoplifting, no police

I am 18 years old, and was caught shoplifting in Store name in Nevada. I was taken to the back room, they took my picture and copied my id and told me I was banned from the store. They did not call the police or take my social security number. I have to pay the $250 plus $20 for the stuff I tried to steal. My question is:
1. Do I have a record since the police was not called?
2. Am I in the database if they didn't take my SSN?
3. If I pay the $250, am I done?
4. Is the store allowed to send this to court if the police wasn't called? (Because they told me I would have to pay $300 something on top of the $250 for the court) Or was that just a scare tactic?

3. If I pay the $250, am I done?
