I came to the US in 2004, and I overstay my B1/B2 visa. I am currently 17 years old. I have heard that if you are under-age there is some way to obtain legal status. So before I spend money on lawyer consultation, I wanted to confirm if there really is such way?

No, go back to your home country immediately. Then apply for immigration legally, get in line like most people do, and see what happens. Otherwise, if you choose to break our laws, I hope you get arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The USA has more than our share of LEGAL lawbreakers, we do not need to import them.
