Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 17 shoplifted for the 1st time in mass

In mass 17 is trialed as an adult this is my 1st time every\ stealing
i know i will have fees or comuntitee service, or something.
They said it would go on my record
$25 worth of make up
i took eye liner, mascara, candy bar , & a nail polish
i offered to pay for it
my mom wouldn't come pick me up so they called the police
i did everything they asked gave back everything
i wasnt rude
Will this ever go away on my record? Since i am stil under 18 like within a year if i am good
dont mess up again will this go away ?

They never took me down to the station
they have me on camera with my friends
they didnt finger print me

i just want to make things right, i am not a bad kid i just made a mistake!! A VERY immature mistake!! :blush :blush

Records dont go away they are forever. You need to ask your Attorney about Diversion
