Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 15 years old..MIP in michigan

Hi, like a month ago i got an MIP in michigan, this is my first offense, i blew a .06 breathalizer, they said they are taking my ticket under advisement, does that mean theyre taking the whole thing under consideration or i am going to be on advisement..anybody know wut will mite happen?

I don't know what you mean by that but is it your first offense ? if so you probably have to go to court the maximun penalty for 1st offense MIP in Mi. is $100 fine, community services, abuse treatment class . You'll be on probation for 1year after you're completed your probation the judge will dismiss your case. your record will be clear .
