I received a notice from a collection agency acting on the behalf of the City of New Haven trying to collect a parking fine from March 23, 1996! Is there a statue of limitation on parking tickets - I don't even remember getting a ticket! Do I ignore this collection letter or just pay it? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.
