1/2 The Utilities

Hi I live in California I have been terrorized by my roommate for the last 2 monthes. She won't move out. However it states on the lease that she pays 1/2 the utilities, well she hasn't. Is this good enough to take to the landlord to have her evicted?

Ok so you both pay utilities to whom? If not the Landlord then no neither you nor Landlord can use this to evict. For more Ca Landlord/Tenant issues see this site
