Well, Decided to take the plea bargain so I wouldnt have to keep going back and going to trial...I was afraid that they may use the fact that there were two officers and they may have an advantage if it comes down to their word aginst mine ..Looks like I will get the charges expunged and sealed...

Never tried to argue I shouldnt have gone through...or even contesting that I dont deserve a moving violation...just contesting I never criminally disobeyed anyone...Lets face it, not knowing where to go when there is room to get around, nothing visibly in the road ahead and no one directing...

I agree...one other thing that helps my defense is the heavy tree cover over the road which prevents you from seeing furthur up the road....If i had a visual of other police cars furthur up, i would have deducted it was a roadblock....But these officers definetely dropped the ball by not even...
