    They have said for a month and a half they will pay it, yet still nothing and today was the final day. The electric povider said it was their responsibility. Yet I am not sure since I do not have the paper in front of me whether it is a contract or not.

    Even if the promise was in writing? They had me and them sign documents, and emailed the electric provider taking responsibility for that month of service.

    I had been getting help from an organization that has promised me and my electric provider to pay a bill by dates. They have pushed the date back to today (originally three weeks ago was the date payment was to be made). They did not pay it on time and therefore my electric has been turned off...
