How often does the TWC Commission overturn Appeal Tribunal decisions? I was fired from my last job for making too many mistakes, but I argued that it was due to lack of training and the mistakes I made weren't known to me until I was written up for them since my ex-job didn't have any...

I was denied UI, filed an appeal and lost it. I just filed for an appeal thru the TWC Commission. I was curious if anyone knows how long it takes for them to make a decision? And also if I win, what are the chances my ex-job will try and take it to Civil Court?
