One more question. I talked to my girlfriend again and she went and got a copy of her custody papers, and it says that the dad requested no visitation and she has sole custody. So what that documented does dad still have any rights? Thanks again.

My girlfriends sons father after 8 years has now decided that he wants to start seeing his son. Keep in mind that the father has only met his son once and never had any visitation with him. He calls maybe once every 4 months. I do not think it is in the best intrest of the child to have to go to...
