Hi, I filed chapter 7 in July of 2005, divorce,,etc....anyway, now I am back in debit about $10,000 if I don't pay at all on these cards can the card card companies sue me? I have 5 credit cards, one of them is with Capital one with an interest rate of 28% and i owe $6,000 that's $168 dollar...
