I have the same question, so please let me know what you find out, as I just got a ticket in VA and am from NC. I really hope i can get a Prayer for Judgement but don't know if that is possible.... Let me know, thanks!

I just got a speeding ticket in VA, but am from NC. Does anyone know if I can still get a Prayer for Judgement even though the ticket was issued in VA?
