    The trash is mostly on the soil area where the city plants trees. It didn't pose a safety hazard or obstruct foot traffic. Did I get a bogus sanitation violation ticket? Here is a picture of that sidewalk as it was when the violation ticket was written. Here is a screenshot of my sidewalk...
