I had my phone interview this past Monday. For some reason though they said the were only filing for SSI and not SSDI.

Well I haven't had my initial screening yet, I have a don't get accepted for benefits than I will try to find a lawyer who will take my case. I have to get through the screening first.

To give everyone an update, I have formally re-applied for SSDI, I have a phone interview scheduled for August 23rd, I will see what happens than.

I've tried many jobs over the years and have failed at all of them. The fact that a lawyer (who has a fairly good reputation) agreed to take my case years ago should say something.

I've kept in touch with the person for a long time, it was 3 months ago that the person started asking for money but we have been in touch for years before that.

I'm pretty sure it was the person who I have known for a long time. It is possible someone could have forced her to do those things but I am starting to think that she did it freely herself.

Another thing that I forgot to mention is that I do have a documented disability if I could show that rendered me incapable of understanding the entire situation.
