I bought a fraudulently misrepresented Caterpillar bulldozer off a seller at eBay who is in Maryland. Tried to return it within their 7 day return policy (as per their listing) and they wouldn't accept the return.
I filed a buyers protection insurance claim with eBay's third party insurance...
