    well i just got a ticket yeaterday for MIP, OPEN CONTAINER AND HAVEING A GLASS BOTTLE IN THE PARK and i would just like to know how much would all this cost and if i dont pay the ticket would i get a warrent on me. and this happend in San Deiago and i live in Los Angels .
