Went to court with my 92 in a 65, judge would not grant prayer for judgement above 90, DA cut me a deal where I go to driving school and in a few months I can plead guilty to a wreckless driving charge, is it worth it, and will a prayer be granted in a wreckless driving case?

Does anyone know if a prayer for judgement would be granted in a 92/65 case? No other offenses, but the kicker is I've only had license for a few months.

yeah, I have limited time though, and seeing as it's in Polk County, quite a drive for me, I was wondering if they would grant a PFJ in this case, and also would talking to the Polk DA or calling the officer who made the stop, would either of those help?

hey, I recieved a speeding ticket in Polk County, North Carolina about two months after recieving my license, I was wondering what the chances of a prayer for judgement were, and what I could do to maximize those chances, any help would be appreciated.
