Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Is self-checkout a bad idea?

And yet, still has nothing to do with the topic of the thread.

Will my PO know about a recent

You understand that this doesn't mean only if you're convicted, tight?

Can I be terminated because of my wife's custody agreement?

Your wife would need to convince the court that the move would be in the child’s best interests. Or she could provide the father with custody and accept parenting time.

Can I bill tollways for my time?

Regardless of the source, your post made for interesting reading to one who was only 5 in '68.

Can I bill tollways for my time?

(*) So there is NO possibility that another member of your household (spouse, kid...) intercepts mail before you see it? Or that they might possibly have taken those vehicles where you may not know? (*) Just a thought... perhaps your spouse/kid should be handling their ticketting issues?

    Decree not obeyed

Me, too!!! (*) (*) Much better than my usual "I'm <mumbledy mumbledy> years old."

    Decree not obeyed

I suppose it depends on what the "+" includes, although more than 10 miles would be an odd way to phrase 40 miles or more...

@leslie82 and @justblue .. I know it doesn't matter *legally*, but I think OP is Dad and the stbx is Mom.

Stay at Home Mom - Alimony and Child Support

This: and this: The first for all the reasons mentioned above. The second? Two reasons: the more you know, the (slightly) less you will worry - knowledge really is power. The second reason is that it will help you manage your case more efficiently. While yours is one of many divorces your...

Cashing a check as a guardian

And that is not unusual (wrt the siblings. BTDT). And while her Mom may not recognize who she is, mentally? Mom's heart knows she is someone who loves her. My Mom (luckily) recognized who I was (and my girls) 'til the end. But she'd tell my son-in-law "I don't know who you are. But I know you...

Cashing a check as a guardian

There is a lot more involved in being a guardian than signing documents for doctor visits, etc. After eight years, I'm more than a little surprised your g/f isn't more aware of what her duties/responsibilities are. She really needs to either educate herself (and yes, that will require a sit-down...

    Parole, Probation Violation no contact

Not sure how you think that's a violation of your rights. Your b/f has the right to choose between contact with you and returning to prison. You have no inherent right to contact him. You do have a right to access appropriate aid to resolve your homeless situation.

Domestic Violence & Civil Orders Family NonSupport WA

I'll reiterate @army judge 's response, in slightly plainer terms - you need to discuss this with your lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer? It's past time you did.

Leslie Van Houten Freed on Parole

Agreed. Those were crazy times. He was evil, but also charismatic enough to woo some impressionable people. Despite some mixed feelings, I do hope she finds a brighter path for the rest of her days.

Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Child endangerment by accident

And then.... as an adult - why are you emailing a 13yo? Is it your child? A student? Some other 13yo? ^^rhetorical questions. Don't answer them here, for your own well-being.

Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Child endangerment by accident

I'm trying to figure out how one attaches material by mistake. Is your lawyer aware you're posting about this on the internet? If you're not satisfied with his answer, it would be better to pay for a second opinion.

My wife and I have both agreed to an agreed divorce. We have no children, assets. But I own a busine

I bet they can, but they won't. So pay for an hour's consultation. The form it says tell you that you need a lawyer if either of you own a business. Seems rather clear to me.
