    Prayer for Judgement info NEEDED!

Judge is highly unlikely to agree to a PJC at double the limit, you need a lawyer if you can't manage a significant suspension. http://www.ncdoi.com/consumer/Publications/Automobile/Safe%20Driver%20Incentive%20Plan.pdf http://www.ncsu.edu/stud_affairs/legal_services/legaldocs/Trafficpoints.htm

    prayer for judgement (NC)

Highly unlikely on your own. If convicted this will go on you record as a class 2 misdemeanor. You really need a lawyer if you can't afford to loose your licence for 30 days and don't want your insurance to more than double. A good laywer can negotiate this down to a 74 in a 65 (no...

    prayer for judgement rules

The PJC deferrs insurance points and has no mpact on DL points. See the following linkes: http://www.ncdoi.com/consumer/Publications/Automobile/Safe%20Driver%20Incentive%20Plan.pdf http://www.ncsu.edu/stud_affairs/legal_services/legaldocs/Trafficpoints.htm

    57 in a 35 on a restricted license

You need to call your lawyer, especially if the speed of the first ticket was over 55. I think you have a potential 6 mo suspension if so.

83 in 55 work zone North Carolina -- PFJ?

If you don't have any other violations, a good attorney might be able to plea it down to a 64 in a 55. This is low enough to avoid insurance points so a PJC would not be needed. You are probably looking at ~$400 in fines + courts costs and an additional $500 - $1,000 for the attorney...

    92 in a 65 prayer for judgement

You could try spending a morning in traffic court observing how others do with similar charges.

    prayer for judgement rules

It's ony usable if you licence is from NC. Maybe get a NC licence before you go to court? Even if you never plan to drive again in 8 wks, don't ignore or take this ticket lightly. I think that speed in NC earns you a misdemeanor conviction on your record. Get a lawyer if you can not plea...

    PA: Alleged 90 in 55...

A clear record will make it more likely to have the charges reduced (the first time...). This should make the charges from the lawyer lower.

    from VA

A PJC will only work if you are a resident of NC, it esentially defers insurance points and has no effect on the DMV points that will be reported back to VA. It wouldn't hurt to call the clerks office to get an idea what you are in for. Since you are risking a licence suspension (15 over...

    PA: Alleged 90 in 55...

Most lawyers will give an initial consultation and estimate for free so make a couple of calls to find out. I'm not familiar with PA but 35 over is pretty serious in most areas so your insurance is likely to more than double at least the next three years if convicted of the full charge.

3 tickets in 2 months....liscense suspension? please help

With the speed and other tickets, you did the right thing getting an attorney, make sure he knows everything.

    PA: Alleged 90 in 55...

Given the speed (and your rational), it is probably best you contact a lawyer to minimize the damages. Sounds like you have had enough stress in your life recently so keep in mind the lawyer can minimize this also, you may not even need to appear in court.

    Paced 90 in a 65 in VA.

What state gave you the ticket? Any other tickets the past 3 years? 90 in a 65 is pretty bad in both states risking; big insurance increase, suspension of licence and in VA you risk a couple weekends in jail at that speed with a strict judge. Some people have been able to handle this on...

Speeding ticket on Pope AFB, NC

Yes, the officer can change his mind on the ticket, even after it is written up. Sounds like the first speed was radar and second what he paced you at after he caught up. The "I wasn't paying attention and was following traffic" story really bugs some officers since they hear it all day long...

speeding ticket from pacing in NC

I think the PFJ only affects insurance points (not DMV points)? If you have no previous violations, looks like there will be no insurance points for a 10 over: http://www.ncsu.edu/stud_affairs/legal_services/legaldocs/Trafficpoints.htm "*Points are not assigned for these violations unless...
