We can't change the past but to help not have accidents, driving school (even the on-line variety) can show / refresh your memory on ways to minimize the risk of an accident. Simple things like maintaining a 3 second interval between you and the car in front can make a huge difference in your risk.

Fighting a 20 over the limit probably will not get you anywhere. A better strategy is to cool off and try to plea it down. Search some the posts here for tips. An error on the ticket will not be any help either.
