    Your situation is different the LP was off duty. If Civil Demand was submitted you should have recieved it. I still suggest you call store (do not give your name) and ask for the number to their Civil Recovery service

    There is a chance you could be tried as adult. Furthermore its a commonly believed myth that your record is clean once you turn 18. Thats false. You need to talk to a Lawyer and ask about Diversion or similar programs to protect your record
