    Keep in mind Police can show up at your home, work, school or any random contact with Police and your arrested. Also by ignoring any request by Police to surernder or contact them could add additional charges to the likely felony charges your facing now and will likely result in higher bail

    I don't think you understand me. I am guessing (its only a guess) that either the first letter or this one might be an error. contact the law firm and explain what happened. At this point until you find out what happened and why there isnt much else to do

    You paid court for your mistake not store. These are two seperate actions. The court fine was your criminal fine. That money went to city/county etc. civil demand (state law) is a "civil" action and those monies go to retailer. You can choose to ignore letter(s) and fine will rise (maybe triple)...
