    Since it seems you worked at store I moved topic to internal theft section 1. If no Police were involved and you had no court date there is no record outside of store or any retail theft database they might have input your name in. 2. This has same answer as 1.

    There can be several negative consequences to not paying ing Civil Demand one is they could file the criminal charges they did not at time. The first thing that will happen is fine will go up (likely triple). Its in your best interest to pay this fine or at least make payment arrangements

    That's a long story... you might want to think about getting straight to the point or else any judge might tune out. They are looking to determine whether you are guilty or innocent and the sooner you give them a reason you are innocent, the better.
