    Child Vistitstion

Neither parent is compelled to provide a separate bedroom for their children. In Foster situations, yes - but privately, no. Many parents have successfully raised their (often many) children in a one-bedroom spot. Dad's going to win this one - if the judge even loosely indicates that...

Other Criminal Charges & Offenses Violating Parole

It would appear that there's more to the story than being late by 5 minutes. Your friend should speak with her attorney.

am i responsible for medical bill if pregnant daughter wont come home

How old is Daddy? Utah is quite black and white about stat. rape. Then again, I'm curious as to why the question asked is about money rather than the welfare of the child.

    Rights for alleged father

Incorrect. Legal Dad is the ONLY father at this point - the child is his child. It will remain that way until a court says otherwise.

can my husband legaly adopt my daughter?

No, it is not a dead issue at all. The courts can terminate Dad's rights as part of a stepparent adoption even if Dad objects.

    Rights for alleged father

If Bio is proven to be the father, he'll have the right to request Legal Dad is removed as Legal Dad. Had Mom & Legal Dad been married it may have been different, but not in this case.

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant search warrant error

Typographical error does not equate to "blatant disregard" or "false statements". It means that somebody in the office screwed up.

Unlawful Eviction Does this settlement prevent further actions?

I have a couple of questions. 1. When did this take place? 2. Did she actually request REASONABLE accommodations under ADA? What did she need versus what she asked for?

    Wanting to get rehired

    1. Yes - but you're free to request that you can review your file 2. I have absolutely no idea. Ask them. 3. It's probably not worth it. Whatever happened in the past (because it's not even vaguely heinous) likely won't matter now. They'll either want you, or they won't.

My thoughts are this isn't a lawsuit. It's an innocent mistake. Nothing more.

I strongly doubt that "Can't ever be in the building if Grandma has a sleepover" is actually a condition.

    need parenting time

In an initial determination, it's not actually so uncommon for Dad to walk out with primary custody. In this case though yes, a brief timeline would help.

    Child Support

Did the court actually issue A) a judgment against Dad, or was it simply B) a child support order? There is a difference, and it may be a critical difference.

    Visitation/Custody

I'm seeing that Mom is now paying child support - this would tend to mean that her rights haven't been terminated, unless she somehow owed oodles to the State beforehand, non? That said, Mom here has virtually zero chance of getting custody. Visitation, sure - but the state is probably...
