Sue for violation of 1st and 4th amendment rights

It is so dumb that they call it that. It needs a new name.

How to respond to court summons after settling with collector?

If you were served with something ordering you to appear in court it should have been accompanied by instructions how to answer. If all else fails just show up when required and bring copies of everything you have.

Security Deposit Am I right or is my landlord right? Notice to Vacate issue

There is nothing you need to do unless the landlord fails to return your deposit. The landlord has rules to follow regarding how and when to return that deposit and you could collect penalties if it isn't done timely. Wait and see what happens. Just know you don't have to stay 15 more days or...

Security Deposit Am I right or is my landlord right? Notice to Vacate issue

It isn't clear that A or B was marked. I read A as being month to month from the start, and B as being a year lease that converts to month to month. Security Deposit Am I right or is my landlord right? Notice to Vacate issue

As written, if your lease is clearly marked 2A then it appears 30 days is correct. Did you provide your notice in writing? If so, proceed as you wish. If the landlord wants to hold you responsible for an additional 15 days the landlord will have to convince a judge you owe it. You owe nothing...

    Denied my urine

You did not give any information that supports this being a racial issue. Your limited information has led us to draw conclusions that may not be true to your situation, but you did not describe anything that sounds unusual or suspicious.

    Denied my urine

You got caught. That's all there is to it. Nobody is obligated to hire you so you did not lose a job. If you want to be hired you must first pass the drug screen with your own unaltered urine sample.

    Treated Wrong

I agree you do not have to agree to changes, but that would likely mean returning the car and paying a prorated amount for the time you had it. The dealer would have to pay you for your vehicle that you traded in. Read your contract. This is not an unusual situation, but the dealer only has a...

Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Willie Nelson no longer smokes marijuana

I'd say the biggest problem has to do with cultivation. Marijuana may not kill, but people kill for it, and I've had more than a few instances in my area that led to GBI or death.

    Incorrect Mileage on Purchase Agreement

I would expect a dealer to remedy this with no hassle. It would be an obvious error on their part.

    cannabis and the commerce clause

Nothing wrong with holding that opinion. Use it to guide your decisions at the ballot box and perhaps someday the change you seek will agree with the majority. Until then, play by the rules as they are.

    cannabis and the commerce clause

It seems you misunderstand what due process is. As others have noted, your commerce clause argument has nothing to do with state level charges. Is the DEA involved with your case, or is there any other federal law enforcement aspect?

    cannabis and the commerce clause

You have a problem with chronology here. If one effects the other, the most recent one modifies the one preceding it. However in these examples you are not comparing apples to apples. While both concerned the commerce clause the two cases addressed very different circumstances. The commerce...
