If it was really such a waste of time then police departments and government agencies wouldn't require it for their applicants.

Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse First Time Offense-Possession in Texas

YES, I know. The answer remains the same. The penalty may be lessened but a dismissal is not at all likely.

Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse First Time Offense-Possession in Texas

If he can afford an attorney he should retain one ASAP. If he can't then he can get the court to appoint counsel. It's one or the other. If you have the money then the best thing you can do for him is get him legal help. This isn't going to be dismissed just like that. This is not a...

    Still living in house

If your husband is ignoring the divorce decree you really need to at least sit down with an attorney and discuss this. I'm guessing that at this point you are in over your head. If you had an attorney during the divorce this may have been avoided. I understand the financial problems involved...

Im not sure what to do, if im even able to do anything at all

Not necessarily true, this is state dependent. NJ and RI consider them firearms and they are illegal in parts of New York. In New York City you must have a license to possess one. In NY at least, the age factor can also make a big difference. The OP really needs to provide a state, and if it...

How to recover deleted text messages

Service providers would have no way of permanently storing billions of text messages and no reason to. This was explained to you in the other forum but it seems like you don't want to listen. Why are these messages so "essential"? How are they related to a divorce?

    Illegal gun use

Unfortunately no. It was in a book of short stories - can't remember title, author or the title or editor of the book.

    Illegal gun use

Years ago when I was in high school I read a sci-fi short story with an interesting premise - it was illegal to NOT carry a gun in public. Street crime was unheard of. Of course, it was only a story but it was an interesting idea to think about.

    Seat belt ticket

So you were driving with a suspended license?? You need to Google "statute of limitations" and READ what it actually means. It has no bearing on any seat belt, or any other, traffic ticket you received.

My Ex & I agreed: NO QILDRO

Not necessarily true. My pension administrator needed a copy of the divorce decree and settlement agreement before he would remove my ex-wife as my pension beneficiary - nothing had been previously filed claiming any benefit.

false hit-and-run possible in this case?

Thank you ,Judge. I would also like to point out that a Police Accident Report (MV-104A) does NOT satisfy the DMV reporting requirements. A motorist accident report (MV-104) must be filed by each of the involved parties.

false hit-and-run possible in this case?

It happens. What about when the other party wakes up the next day with neck and back pain? Collisions should always be reported.

false hit-and-run possible in this case?

Failure to report the accident to DMV can result in a license suspension. You were told that elsewhere.

Not feeling good about Mediation Settlement...

You obviously agreed to the settlement agreement which was the product of the mediation. Your result is as much your fault as anyone else's.

Not feeling good about Mediation Settlement...

A mediator is a neutral third party who is often, but not always, an attorney. How did your attorney not fight for you? Did you have an attorney representing you in the mediation???

an I get a police offlicer introuble if he did not want to listen to my story and my son story ?

I'm having a difficult time understanding what the OP is saying and the connection to a domestic/family law situation. Maybe if he spent less time on putting an avatar in his profile and more time taking care in his writing it would be a bit easier.
