Vehicle totalled. Buyer's, or Seller's, insurance company liable?

That's meaningless. A "private road on private land" can still be considered a "public highway".

Vehicle totalled. Buyer's, or Seller's, insurance company liable?

Operating an unregistered vehicle on a private road? If the "private road" was open to public motor vehicle traffic then it's considered a "public highway" and the vehicle needed to be registered AND insured.

Can the landlord demand rent due date be changed along with the rent increase

So in one post you say this then you turn around and say you can't even afford to cover her share for two days? Which is it? You need to speak to your landlord about the rent due date, plain and simple. I don't think anyone here can help you any further.

    Grandkids

You don't explain yourself very well Grandma. Who lived with you at what time? Your daughter while she was using drugs? Power of attorney? For whom? Why? What is "DC"? Do you mean "DCS"? What kind of help are you looking for?

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifting at Ulta Beauty, seeking counsel.

You've been told the same in three (I think) different forums. No one reads minds - your question has no answer. Stop enabling your friend's criminal behavior ("it was only $50")

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Shoplifting at Ulta Beauty, seeking counsel.

Let your criminal friend deal with her own legal affairs. Maybe some time in jail will teach her a lesson.

No one here can predict what will happen. Can it happen? Yes, of course. Will it? Who knows. Speak with your attorney about the matter.

    Marital Property

This is something you need to discuss with your attorney. It could, depending upon the details, be considered an unlawful eviction and result in YOU getting in trouble. If you do not yet have an attorney you NEED one.

All my picture ID's have expired

Take your expired learner's permit to the DMV and use it to help you obtain a NY Non-Driver ID card. Go to the DMV website for more information and requirements. Birth certificate's can be replaced as well.

DVP filed against me and my ex (engaged not married) is trying to take my home.

Contact is a two-way street. What is a DVP? Some type of protective order? If this is a protective order what does it have to do with YOUR house? Sure sounds like you need a family law attorney.

    Marital Property

Just for the record, I don't know why everyone always uses this "ypdcrime" website when quoting New York laws. I have no idea who or what runs that site. This is the official compilation of New York State laws: Legislative Information - LBDC: Sorry, this is just a pet peeve of mine.

I know from experience the courts couldn't care less about "stuff". Chances are nothing will be done about what your husband did. Be guided by what your attorney tells you.

    Withholding of property

$500 for two months is nothing. You agreed to pay her that. Pay the woman the money you owe her and be done with it.

Handgun discovered under seat of used Toyota after driving home from Fl

Why should the OP jump through hoops? The owner was negligent leaving it in a car which he disposed of. Let the owner jump though the hoops to get his gun back. I wouldn't do a damned thing to return the hand gun. Turn it into the local PD and be done with it.
