Eviction Process Girlfriend won't leave my Texas home.

This thread is almost a year old - the OP is not around to read anything you post here. Let sleeping dogs lie. Don't necro-post.

    Layoff - company vehicle purchase

So you were "forced" to buy a new car and give it to your employer?? Who is the titled owner?

Public Order, Loitering, Urination Run Run run run...

It can be tough to arrest naked people. Not much to grab on to if they're struggling.

    Speeding Ticket info incorrect

You were given all the answers down the street but I guess you didn't like to hear the truth and never returned.

    Car leasing company

I guess it's just me, but I plan for that happening and always read my post before tapping "post reply". I don't think many people do that though.

I need a reference to particular Code Section for my Memorandum of Laws

"Ruining" is more like it. I wish you luck but your chances are between slim and hopeless if you're in this without legal counsel.

3 weeks no AC - No help from Property Management

Sure, for whatever reason. But people have lived for thousands of years with no air conditioning in climates much more severe.

3 weeks no AC - No help from Property Management

I guess no one lived in North Carolina before AC was invented?

Can "Failure Fail To Yield To Emergency Vehicle" be considered as crime of moral turpitude?

Go ahead, be stupid about it. We have enough native born drivers here who cannot pay attention to the road and their surroundings when they drive and put people's lives in danger - we don't need to import more. Maybe you should plan on going home.

Computer Crimes, Hacking Wife hacking into husbands accounts

Yeah, that's really convincing evidence. Doesn't sound like you know anything. No one will care much anyway. Change your passwords, and make sure you use strong ones. Then forget about it. If it makes you feel better, speak to your divorce attorney about it. He or she will set you straight.

Car accident, driver doesn't have proper insurance

I hope you reported this to your insurance company. There all you've got at the present time. Even if you decide to sue the other driver and win what do you really think you'll get?

Scammed out of my car title

You don't "think"? At this point I'd say getting a copy of the signed title will be difficult to impossible.

    9-21-5-11(c)(2) - Workzone Speeding

Funny how different people get totally different impressions based upon what is said! The thought of him being a CDL driver didn't even cross my mind.

Help with my upstairs neighbor p

Just how do you know your neighbor "follows" you from room to room? That seems a bit fantastic. What happens when you walk barefoot? How on Earth can your neighbor hear you?

    9-21-5-11(c)(2) - Workzone Speeding

Just to clarify, there's no traffic school. Well, there is but it does not defer or eliminate a conviction. It simply reduces points for Indiana-licensed drivers, which means nothing to the OP anyway since points are not an issue here. I can't see the OP winning and even if there is plea...

Is it legal for a bar in California to only accept a California Drivers License?

If drinking in bars is that important in your life then maybe you need to re-evaluate your priorities.

Indiana has a deferral program for speeding tickets but the OP does not qualify due to the fact that he was traveling at over 15 mph above the posted speed limit. See: http://www.bartholomew.in.gov/prosecutor/public-resources/398-traffic-deferral-program/file.html?tmpl=component

Indiana won't report the conviction/points to New York. I have never seen any out of state conviction on anyone's New York license, except for a DWI/DUI. Taking a class will only affect his Indiana driving record.

    no show to visitation

Those seem to be contradictory statements. If you have concerns about custody issues you should seek counsel from an attorney.
