Ex-husband is threatening to sue for equity

You paid off the house last year? Then, there's nothing to foreclose. He can't start foreclosure proceedings against you. Since there is no time limit in your decree, then he would have a hard time claiming that you're in contempt. He may be able to file a civil suit, but I doubt that would go...

Ex-husband is threatening to sue for equity

Sounds like he's blowing smoke to me. What does your order say about the house?

    getting custody of my nephew

That may not really help. Truthfully, your best bet is to consult an attorney who knows the court system in your area. He or she will know if the local judges will consider keeping all the children together or the father's stints in prison when considering the best interests of the child...

    getting custody of my nephew

Normally, the father's rights would trump other family members'. However, if his criminal history includes any violent crimes, you may have a better chance. Have you consulted an attorney?

I'm not debating, I'm not interested in debating, nor am I trying to win a debate. I believe I've already made that clear. You, however.... well, you just sound jealous.

IMO, you're beating a horse that should be dead. Despite this clarification earlier on in the thread, this "debate" is ongoing. Good luck, but I think you're wasting your time.

    Change in circumstance?

Is it stated in the original order that you would be moving? Has the moved affected his visitation in any way? If so, then it can be considered a change. You didn't state the other reasons, but those combined with the move may be the deciding factors.

Afraid? Hardly. This is a legal site designed to help people with their questions about the law, not to debate the law. I post to clarify the law when I can. If you want to engage in debate, I suggest you start a blog on this site. Yes, I did. I read all the information I post, as well as all...

Not to argue with or debate anyone, but.... Here are others' opinions and some statutes that should clear it up. http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/can-a-15-year-old-be-interrogated-by-police-withou-203267.html http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/can-the-police...

Am I in violation of FERPA

Yes, you did violate FERPA. It doesn't matter if your name, picture, or any other info is on the profile. You identified students by name, and published a part of their educational record for others to see. The only way this could be excused is if every one of your FB friends who had access to...

    Is this Slander/Libel?

I suspect the previous posts by OP were done to allow him to put a link in his thread. So, matt55, please go back and delete all the other posts to save us some time in reporting and deleting them.

That's simply not true. The police ARE allowed to question minors without parental consent or presence, as long as the minor is free to leave. An arrest is a different matter.

Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct Remote Monitoring of 7-year-old Son in Public School - Michigan

I'm not sure I agree. Although it's a public school, it likely isn't open to the general public. Most schools these days have security measures in place to prevent anyone without a specific purpose from entering the school.

    custody

It can be used against you, and could possibly affect your chances of shared custody, especially if you medicate when your daughter is with you.

    custody

Your daughter's mother made you test, or a judge made you test? Do you qualify for a medical marijuana card?

    my email was hacked

Apparently, he knows your password still. No crime was committed and the police can do nothing. It was your responsibility to change the password so he couldn't access your email account. He didn't hack your email, he simply accessed it using the password you presumably gave to him.
