Hi I'm 16yrs old and I live in portage michigan and I just had a question about being caught by the police under the influence of marijuana I told them the truth of what we were doing and my friend (18yrs old) took the responsibility for the pipes in his car and I had asked them if my other friend (16yrs old) who was there that didn't do any was going to be introuble or not and he said no and that the only person who would get introuble would be my friend who took the responsibility for the pipes an that I can't get introuble for jus smoking it only if I had it on me and i didn't get a ticket and he didn't mention getting a letter, but I'm not sure if thats true or not cause I recently heard that a girl got in a simlar situation and got a letter a few months later but the cop in her situation mentioned a letter and they didn't in mine. so I was hopeing you could help put me at ease cause all this worring is makeing me crazy I haven't had a good nights sleep in two weeks. can you please tell me if I'm safe or not?
