had a alarm instaled at circuit city last weekon 1.13.09,car caught on fire today ,totaling the car.after talking to the store manager,he called the insurance and got a claim number.we got a call from the corparate office telling us its our problem because they are in bankruptcy.what are my options
 
You would have to file a claim against the bankruptcy. You become a creditor and the court decides if you have any claim. I'd call a local bankruptcy attorney and invest 30 minutes to find out.
