I received an ordinance violation at a party I attended. I am 19, and we were all given these citations. It says it is Ordinance no. 96-1973 section 12-5-5. Is there a site I can use to access these? Also, do I plead guilty, or will this result in immediate sentencing?
 
This is a city ordinance. We need the specific city to help you.
