Deportation, Re-entry Deportation

I know an Albanian that was stopped by the police driving from Italy to France. They are banned from driving in their real name and they hold a fake passport and driving licence.

Furthermore the car that they were driving in registered in their friend's name although they were not in the car whilst the person in question was driving.

They have been detained by the police for 13 days, can you please let me know what may happen to said person. Will they be allowed to enter the UK to visit family, or will they be deported back to albania?

For what reason do you see why they would not be allowed in the UK? A traffic offence of that nature, should not be an issue, in normal circumstances.
But!! They are banned from driving in their real name and they hold a fake passport and driving licence.
This might be a major problem because if they find out the above this is a case of fraud and deception and impersonation. Not a good start, to try and enter a country with.

To be honest it will soley depend on the charges.
