Been scammed on ebay by £400...Help

Hi,
Ive think ive been scammed on ebay, Can anyone help

I bought £400 worth of argos vouchers though ebay and bought them with special delivery

3 days later the package came, i signed for it but then noticed the package was tampered with and there were no vouchers inside

Got intouch with buyer, he said he sent them, he seemed and does still seem genine


I dont know if i will be able to get my money back

ive signed for the special delivery and i dont know if someone at the royal mail has taken the vouchers or the seller never sent them


Do i have a case or have i lost all my money


If it was the seller that didnt actually send the item in the envelope how will i prove this ?

400 doesn't seem like its worth your time to sue someone oversees, but the aggrivation does!
I don't know what argos vouchers are but, try to make a claim with your delivery service, and ebay. Take pics of everything, and document everything! Good luck oversea friend.
