I was seeing a doctor, they are now sueing me in small claims court for over 600 dollars, i do admit that i owe but not the whole amount because i had two insurances that pay together 100% of my medical. I recieve Social Security Disability which is way less than the poverty guidelines and covers the basics of my needs. I own a car, can they take my car in this judgement if there is one?

In most states NO! You did not mention the state you live in, but it is easy to look up laws for your state on Google. For example, I recently sued someone who owned nothing but a car, and I could only recieve the value of the car -$2400, the value of her car was less than $2400 so I received nothing. The medical bills will ding your credit, so make sure you get them to pay!

I have a 2nd floor condo of a 3 story building in Seminole County Florida. My 3rd floor neighbor had a leak from their shower valve that damaged the sheet rock in my bathroom and the neighbor's bathroom on the 1st floor as well. The cause of the leak has been documented by the plumber that arrived on site and management company. I do not have property insurance but the party who started the flood has. How can I get reinbursed for all the clean-up and to restore my bathroom? Can I make a claim on their insurance company or do I have to sue my neighbor?
