I had a baby with my now ex boyfriend who was abusive to me and my children. I finally got the nerve to leave him and file charges against hitting me. My oldest child is now in therapy because he doesn't want to talk about what happened with him and my ex, and my youngest son is only 8 months old so he was sheltered to the best of my ability from him. With the report of the abuse against me and my oldest son being in therapy because of what happened, what are the chances that he will get any sort of custody or unsupervised visits. Right now he was being supervised by my parents at a neutral location but he tried to walk out with the baby to his mother who was waiting in a car outside, so visits are being postponed until we get a supervising center. But he is going to request the visits be supervised by his mother which I don't feel comfortable with because she sat there sticking her hands in my childs diaper and playing with his genitals for about five minutes, I caught her doing this twice and each time I told her to stop she said she was doing nothing wrong, so I physically had to remove the baby from her... Please help me I don't know what I am going to do:confused:

Well,First of all I wouldn't have your child around the mother. If you knew about her doing something like that and you keep bringing your baby around her you can get charges against you. I would report that to the police because no one should be messing with your child's genitals. From him having unsupervised visitation and part custody is all up to the judge. You have to tell the judge and have evidence of domestic violence and child abuse. The police reports is evidence. If he puts a mark on your child take a picture f it and call the police. You have to report verything he does. Hiring a attorny may help.

Speak to the mediator or the court that oversees the visitation order.

If you feel your child was molested, contact the police.

What other kind of thing do you want to do?

The police reports is evidence.
As an FYI ...
Actually, no. They indicate a report was taken, and might indicate the police looked into something, but it is not evidence of any crime. I can report to the police that my neighbor shot Robert Kennedy ... the report does not show that he did it.

I don't really know, but I don't think they can. Is there proof that he tried to walk out to him mother in the car? If so, I definately do not think they would let him have visitation by her.
