I Will Try Again,
In The United States The States Of America.
The State Of California Just Passed A Law For Gay Marriage.
I Am A Us Citizen And My Partner Is An Undocumented Immigrant.
If I Married Him Can My Partner Apply For A Green Card?.

The answer is probably not since the U.S. government only recognizes the marriage of man to a woman. Good Luck!

Hi curious008, I replied to your other post - not sure why it didn't turn up, but I've been going crazy looking up immigration laws as well and I found this link earlier on that should help. Quiet wrong I think, but good luck anyway

No............Federal law does not recognize gay marriage.
