About two weeks ago it was the last day of finals. Myself and my 3 roomates celebrated by drinking. We started drinking about 10 to 5 in the morning. I must of drank something that did not settle with me and ended up passing right out. My friends said it sounded like I was choking and they couldn't wake me up. So they ended up calling 911. I woke up in the ER a few hrs later. I was going through my personal belongings a couple days ago and found a citation for underage drinking. I would not have even known I had that because I was going to throw my stuff away. I was just wondering if they could give that to me becuause I didn't do a breathalyzer. My roommates were just as drunk and they are the ones that had to talk to the cops and they didn't get tickets. Could I possibly get this dropped when I go to court because this is my first offense and I was at my own place, no partying or driving or anything like that. This is in Minnesota.

You could hire a lawyer, but it doesn't matter that they were not cited. The hospital probably did blood tests. If they smelled it on you, and there was other evidence and statements from your friends they do not need a breathalyser. You will probably have to attend some type of diversion program. Never hurts to consult a lawyer though.
