I live in Ontario - Canada. I recently got into an accident, I lost control of my vehicle resulting in a crash with only me being involved.
Police arrived at the scene without witnessing anything prior to the crash and gave me careless and stunt driving, my car is inpounded and I lost my license for 30 days. Its going to cost me $2100 just to take my car out of inpoumd so I won't have money for lawyers when court comes! I didnt give any statements to Poilce!
I'm fully insured, what are the chances of even being covered by insurance under these circumstances!? I have virtual court in 2 months but not sure how to approach this matter.
What are my options in court? can I see disclosure before entering a plea bargain?
