I am legal in my state, but not in my friend's. Is it illegal for them to ERP online with me?

I am 16, and thus able to consent to sexual activity in my state, Georgia, and I want to engage in (purely text-based) ERP with a trusted individual. However, in their area, the age of consent is above 16. If I were to ERP with them, would they be prosecuted according to their state's law for Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes?

If you are still baffled, I suggest you ask one or BOTH of your parents or guardians.

I suspect one of them will be able to provide you with the answer to that which puzzles you.
