Hi everyone. First of all sorry for my bad English but I will try my best to make it understandable.

I'm looking to start an Investment Club which will have investors from many countries including USA. I know for a fact that people from USA are not legally allowed to invest in some cryptos and some investments as well.

What I'm planning to start is an Investment club and let people pool money for me to invest in Real estate, cryptos etc.. take profits and give it back to the investors. I'm not a US citizen but since I may have investors from USA too pooling for money should I care about LAWS and Regulations even I'm not a US citizen?

Please see the attached photo if you don't understand what I mean.

If you plan to solicit/market your scheme within the United States then you do need to know the U.S. laws that apply to that activity. Your chart is not very helpful in describing what you plan to do, but I can tell you that the marketing of financial products and services in the US is highly regulated and often requires the promoter of the product or service to have a license from a federal and/or state agency. I'd suggest not pursuing investors in the U.S. unless you are willing to learn about the US federal and state laws that apply and get any necessary licenses for that activity.

Thanks for the reply. Just one more thing, can you please tell me where I can learn more about licensing and stuff. I'm also not quite sure what is the right term for this kind of specific activity but I want to allow people to get exposure to the great investment opportunities out there which often requires huge investments and sometimes not allowed for the citizen of specific countries. I'm not trying become a mediator but someone who makes profits off of other investors money and share profits back in US Dollars rather than giving them any shares of company or cryptos.

I have attached a new photo :)

For the US it's the Securities and Exchange Commission.

SEC.gov | HOME

Whatever that is, it's not likely an investment club.
