When Can I File for Expungement??

I was convicted of a misdemeanor and was given one year probation. I am planning on sealing/expunging my record. All fines are paid, and today my probation ends.

Can I file the papers today, as it has been one year since my conviction, and the end of one year of probation?

Or do I have to wait one additional year?

What was the conviction?
 
I am eligible, first offense, etc.

So, one year after the "full discharge" (fines paid, probation done) means I have to wait another year from today? Damn.

Yeah...That is what I gleaned from my google search. You could ask (and probably should) your defense attorney.
