Is there a time limit for a response to a Motion to Quash Subpoena?

I filed a subpoena duces tecum. The other party filed a Motion to Quash. Do I have a time limit to respond?

There very likely is a time limit for filing your reply. What that time limit is depends on what type of court this case is being litigated in (federal district court, Florida circuit court, Florida county court, etc). So in order to answer the question, you need to tell us the court. It may also matter what kind of legal action this is.

Thanks, the court is Hillsborough Circuit Court this a civil lawsuit over $15,000.

Then it will matter in what division of that court the case is in, and what the case is about. If the matter is in Business Court (division L) the response time for motions is 10 days. Business Court Local Rule 3.8. I could not immediately find a rule that applies to the other divisions. For a case exceeding $15,000 you probably should have an attorney representing you on this.
