Not a lawyer joke or story but

Kathleen Riley/Cher in Suspect
Paul Newman/Frank Galvin in Verdict
(this one is a bit obscure) Talia Shire/Rosalie Asher in Kill Me If You Can.

and then there are a slew of Grisham adaptations:
Tom Cruise/Mitch McDeere in The Firm
Susan Sarandon/Reggie Love, Tommy Lee Jones/Roy Foltigg in The Client
Julia Roberts/Darby Shaw in The Pelican Brief
Chris O'Donnel/Adam Hall in The Chamber

Atticus Finch is the lawyer we all want to have if we are in trouble.
Denny Crane is the lawyer we want to watch if someone else is in trouble.

To Kill a Mockingbird is the best movie ever made.

I liked Tom Clancy's comment when asked by the "Today Show" (I think) if he would start writing lawyer novels because of the popularity of Grisham novels.

His answer was "I think I'm a pretty good writer. But even I can't write a story with a lawyer as a hero." Or words to that effect.

I like Benny on Bull, it is a great show and Bull dealing with jury psychology is phenomenal.

I would imagine it carries things a little too far, but after all the juries are ultimately the ones who decide.

Benny was great, however, his campaign for DA has somewhat sidelined him.

Not to worry, in steps Chunky, who is performing very well as the firm's go to attorney.

Chunk continues to pad his bonafides.
