Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks uni homework - writing a court order

Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask such a question. It may seem trivial but I have no experience with this and haven't been the best student either.

I need to write a rather specific court order as homework (something I didn't expect to have to do really). It would have to be about fraudulent ecommerce, so in short, a website that claims to sell something, but in some way screws over their customers, for an example taking in the payment but not sending out any products, or misusing the payment details used for the payment.

I have to write a court order that would counter and stop the activities of such a website. My first thoughts were on a cease and desist order (looking at a texas court order for bitconnect), but I am still not sure at all what I need to create.

Could anyone please help me with this, any advice would be appreciated, or any examples of something similar. Thank you very much!

I think your best help will come from the instructor or someone else in your class familiar with the assignment.
Your question isn't so much about law as it is about following assignment instructions.

I need to write a rather specific court order as homework

Will this court order relate to a hypothetical case in the U.S.? If so, what state or federal jurisdiction (it it ? If not, there will be little or nothing that anyone here will be able to do for you since these boards deal almost exclusively in U.S. legal issues.

I am still not sure at all what I need to create.

Could anyone please help me with this

Not really. Among other things, we don't know if the order is arising out of a civil or criminal case. We don't know the jurisdiction. If it's a civil case, we don't know the cause(s) of action on which the order would be based. We don't know if this is a post-trial or pre-trial order and, if the latter, what sort of motion resulted in the order. You haven't clearly described the offending conduct or what the order is supposed to accomplish. You also haven't told us what sort of class this is or what level of school you're in. For all these reasons, and probably many more, I agree completely with the prior response.

If this is the type of student you are, I wouldn't want you to represent me in court if you ever actually become a lawyer. Do your own homework, you lazy, entitled thing, you.

Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask such a question.

You gave the jurisdiction as the United Kingdom. This site focuses on law in the US. So if this would be a UK court order we can offer little help here. You'd need to find a site that focuses on law in the UK.

Thanks to everyone for the replies and kind words :)

We are all first-years coming from highschool, with little to no knowledge. I assume this was more of a test to see how we would find such information, but I haven't been able to find any examples or anything remotely similar to what I am looking for.

I am not hoping for anyone to do this homework for me, all I hoped for was for some example of what an order like that looks like. But I would understand if you felt like you couldn't or didn't want to help me with this. Thanks anyway for taking the time to read this!

Visit a law library. There could be lawbooks there with sample documents.

I'm not sure how any US court orders would apply for the OP. UK law is different.
