My boyfriend turned himself in this morning. He has been absconding probation for the past year and had two fta's from a year ago. all drug charges methamphetamine. I have searched online for warrants and then nothing showed up. He's not booked in yet and they still don't. The bondsman from original arrest contacted me last week so I had made an ultimatum. I told him he has to be responsible and take care of things or I can't be with him. We have a 2yr old daughter and I won't accept anything less than the best, 110% from both parents. Bondsman are thinking about working with him. I don't think they will. He only had $400 left to pay but made zero payments since last year. But, why wouldn't warrants show up when he obviously has them? Could he be under surveillance/investigation? And what all would that mean?

He said he wants to fix his life. I'm setting the bar high on requirements to get any help from me and for him so be involved in his daughters life. Her and I both deserve stability and reliability from the people who claim to care and want to be apart of our lives. We've done great before, when we first got together 4.5 yrs ago. He had just got on probation for his first offense of possession and intent to deliver. He got 4yrs probation. Then a year into it, My mom started trouble. Our families have known each other for years. And it's a Romeo and Juliet situation. After she pressed false charges it just slowly got worse and we both relapsed. When I got Prego. I didn't think twice about cleaning up. But he just got more stressed and things got worse for us. And now I'm just hoping he can get his life fixed and be the dad our daughter Alivily deserves. Cuz he would be out late with his mom who enables him and saying I was too controlling. But, today I draw the line.
