In Texas, under the Joint Managing Conservatorship, what are the court ordered Non-Custodial rights that must be adhered to by the Custodial Parent?

In a contested child custody case between 2 parents in Texas, once a judge implements a Guardian Adlitem, what power does the Adlitem now have?

Not every custodial parent believe in or follow the practice of Non-Custodial parent's rights, i.e they Don't "adhere" to them.. Your reply makes little or no sense.

In layman's terms, if u are the Non-Custodial parent, under the Joint Managing Conservatorship in Texas, which of your court ordered rights must the mother of your child grant.. For example, I am aware of the fact the mother cannot deny your parent sharing time.. That is your Non-Custodial right to have parent sharing time.. So I am asking are there any other Non-Custodial court ordered rights (for lack of a better word) the Custodial parent must follow

Please explain exactly what "under the Joint Managing Conservatorship" means.

Please also note that most of the folks who respond here regularly are not lawyers, and most who are lawyers are not in Texas. If you want a fact-specific analysis of your situation under Texas law, you should speak with a Texas family law attorney.

U never heard of Joint Managing Conservatorship? It's a type of custody court order.. I really want to know if the Custodial Parent is supposed to confer and consult with the Non-Custodial parent when it comes to decision making.. Basically inclusion.. I don't know for sure if that is a court ordered "must do" in a Joint Managing Conservatorship but i hope it is

Take your myriad questions to an attorney.

YAL ARE CONFUSING ME

Y'al are confusing me, too. ;) Part of the problem is that all three threads have the same title. Here's what I'm doing:

Moving one question and answer from today's other thread and deleting that thread.

Moving the questions and answers from the March 17 thread and deleting that thread.

Can a parent lose custody for forcing a child to lie and say the other parent molested him/her?

If a parent did what you asked about, not only could the parent lose custody, he/she COULD lose their freedom and end up in prison!

Why will an opposing attorney object to a Cps (Child protective service) Safety Plan being admitted in court and put on record due to a lack of an attached business affidavit? What is a business affidavit and exactly what are the requirements for a Cps Safety Plan to be admitted into court?

In response to your second question regarding the business affidavit: Read the following PDF...

https://www.biicl.org/files/1683_texas_rule_of_evidence_902.pdf

I have also cleaned up this thread by removing references to the other threads as everything is here now.

Now, Boobie, ALL of your discussions are in THIS thread. Please keep all of your future questions in THIS thread. Thanks.

This type of thing is specified in the court order (which we aren't privy to). If the order specifically defers to some sort of template, that template would need to be referred to.

Nope...because, among other things, I'm not a Texas family law attorney, and that's not a term used in any jurisdiction where I am admitted to practice (in fact, a "conservatorship" means something completely different in my home state).

I really want to know if the Custodial Parent is supposed to confer and consult with the Non-Custodial parent when it comes to decision making.

Depends on the terms of the custody order and what the decision is. That said, chances are that only major decisions will require any degree of advance conferring/consultation.
