Situs Address for Timber Property

The continuance form for Timber status has one line for Situs Address, and one line for Parcel Number.

The parcel I am buying has no address assigned to it. Just a parcel number.

What should I put in for the Situs Address line, since I am already giving the parcel number in the line that asks for parcel number?

Tell me, with one word, what is the address of the property?

EDIT: The BEST folks to ask would be the ones who will be receiving the form from you.

Thanks for that response. I have a phone call and an e-mail in to the people in King county who sent the form to me, and the ones who will be receiving it. No response yet. Time is of the essence, so I turned to this forum hoping someone would know.

Just got off the phone with the key person at King County. The answer is:

Vacant Land

I would not have guessed that one!

I inherited several rural properties from my father.
Some of those properties were being used for commercial timber purposes.
Most were located in rural, mountainous areas.

I used the GPS mapping coordinates as the situs address.
You might ask if that is allowed in your situation.

Frankly, if there is no address, then the correct thing to put on the form would be "None" - but that should be verified with the assessors office.

Great - glad you got your answer :)

Just so you know, and I could be wrong about this, but it's likely that no one who will respond here is familiar with this form (although someone apparently googled it) or the operations of or regulations applicable to whatever agency you'll be submitting the form to.

To the extent you think uninformed opinions from anonymous strangers on the internet will be helpful, inclination would be to write "n/a" or "none." However, the smart thing to do would be to contact a person employed by whatever agency it is that you're submitting the form to.

I'm sure "vacant land" is an option - but that "none" or "N/A" would have been just as effective.
