Fraud products: The quantities of products are less than the numbers on the label
Manufactures: Estee Lauder and Lancôme, cosmetic businesses
Sellers: Nordstrom and Macy's

I bought online and in store, and I am living in Washington state, zip code 98034
I found fraud in March 2020, I lost over ten dollars each box on Lancôme product. Estee Lauder product depends on each box. I lost around twenty five applications (it may be above or below that number). I have unused products for testing
They sold a lot of fraud products to me, now they are still selling fraud products to me currently. I still have to buy them for my need.

I contacted Estee Lauder last year for other fraud product, and they sent me a new bottle for replacement the loss
I contacted Estee Lauder again this year 2020 for the current fraud product. They were quiet, but the Nordstrom seller refunded money for to boxes, then they still sells Estee Lauder fraud product.

Lancôme was quiet, Nordstrom ignored Lancôme fraud product, and still selling Lancôme fraud products to me.

Macy's is completely quiet, and I stop buying from them.

How can I get the money back from fraud products and stop selling fraud products to me?

What, exactly, is a "fraud product"?

There's nothing "fraudulent" about what you've described. You said you contacted one of the companies and received additional product. Thus, you were made whole.

If this keeps happening and you keep buying the products, then this is on you.

1) Did you read all?
2) I am buying it does not mean I accept the cheating, and the law allows it to happen. It is crime

The quantities of products are less than the numbers on the label
How are the quantities measured? If this is like most makeup, the number of applications are based on your method of applying the product. You may simply use more of the product for each application than the test subject.

Oh, we read it. The problem is you have very poor communication skills.

It's not a "crime". I suspect that the "quantity" indicated is based on a certain amount being applied each time and that you are applying more than that each time, so you get fewer total applications.

What type of product is this? How do you know that they are shorting each bottle?

I have used these products very long time, and I count on each product, almost is unchanged number of application, if there is, only two or three applications some times. I have unopened products for testing

That is not an accurate way to determine that you have been shorted. What do you mean you "have unopened products for testing"? What test are you talking about?

Estée Lauder Resilience Multi-Effect Night Tri-Peptide Face and Neck Creme
Lancôme Visionnaire Skin Solutions 0.2% Retinol Correcting Night Concentrate

You can look at the above reply
Those products are sold by weight, not by number of applications. If you received compensation (by way of replacements), then you have been made whole. If you have unopened product (beyond that for which you have been compensated) that is underweight, then speak to the seller.

Honestly, it sounds to me as if the seller(s) and the manufacturer(s) are tired of what they feel are spurious complaints. You should find a different product from a different manufacturer and/or seller that will provide a better experience for you.

Best of luck.

Simple, STOP buying the products, you'll instantly defeat the fraudsters.

I completely share your disgust if companies are selling one weight or quantity and supplying less. If what you're saying is true, you can file a complaint with your state attorney general. You may also want to speak to a class action attorney and I'm sure one of them will get to the bottom of this complaint. When there are deep pockets available, they are thorough in their research.

That said, I think that your measurements may not be a precise manner of measurement. Perhaps you should do more research into this to determine whether you might be missing something in the translation first before filing anything anywhere. It's possible some bottles might be a little short and it might not be intentional. As was said before, if they gave you more for free, that would solve your issue even though you could report a problem. I think it's always good practice to be very sure of these things before making accusations.
